Wayne State University Department of Emergency Medicine in partnership with the Michigan College of Emergency Physicians, Michigan SCCM, Henry Ford Hospital, Indiana University, and Medical College of Wisconsin are sponsoring the 16th Annual Critical Care Practice in the Emergency Department Conference.

The objective of this conference is to provide high level information concerning the management of critically ill patients.

The conference will again be held virtually on Thursday, March 19th, 2026. Previous attendees have described this conference as a “can’t miss” event for physicians and residents of any field who care for critically ill patients.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP (1-2) – $1,500

  • Sponsor of entire Conference
  • A virtual vendor booth/presentation to be given during the 10-minute allotted break. Vendors can use this time however they would like – whether you would like to have your representative give an overview of your company/services, talk informally, run a PowerPoint slideshow or use it for a Q&A style format – whatever you feel is the most appropriate use of your time with the registrants.  You can also utilize the Zoom Chat Feature to engage with attendees during this time. 
  • MCEP will provide a complete sponsorship list to attendees with company descriptions and schedule of assigned time slots for vendors.
  • Company logo will be included on MCEP’s website with a hyperlink to company’s site.
  • Acknowledgement on MCEP social media (X/Facebook).
  • Acknowledgement throughout the live meeting.

 

VIRTUAL DISPLAY (4-6) – $600

  • Includes a 1–2-minute pre-recorded video to be played during a break in the program.
  • MCEP will provide a complete sponsorship list to attendees with company descriptions.
  • Acknowledgement on the MCEP website as well as social media (X/Facebook).
