Registration

Resident – SIMWARS Team Member – $;  Resident/Medical Student/Spouse – Observer – $;  MCEP Member – $;  Non-Member – $

Registration Instructions: ALL attendees must register (team members, judges, observers, attendings, medical students, etc).

Teams: 10 Spaces available (1 per program allowed), filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
      – Must be signed up by Program Directors or Coordinators through Allie Perttunen at alliep@mcep.org.
      – All teams must have 4 identified team members and 1 identified faculty judge at the time of sign up or a place will not be guaranteed for the team.                    TBD will not be allowed for these positions.
      – Sign up once registration opens with the Program Name as well as the first name, last name, designation, and email address of each team member and            judge. If this information is not provided your team spot is not guaranteed and may go to another program.
      – All teams must be registered no later than April 1st, 2026 to ensure staff has all the information they need.

Groups:
      – Sign up by emailing Allie Perttunen at alliep@mcep.org with the Program Name as well as observers first name, last name, designation,                                          and email address. This can be done in combination with team sign up.
      – Please notify all parties you plan to sign up to avoid duplicate registrations.

Individual:
      – Please use the registration button below or reach out to Allie Perttunen at alliep@mcep.org with the registration form for assistance (payment can be                completed with the form or a link may be provided).
     – Please ensure your program has not signed you up/plans to sign you up as part of a group.
