    This course presents valuable information and updates for emergency physicians, billing and coding professionals, and group managers. Two tracks are offered: Advanced Professional Coding Track and Physician/Administrative.

    ADVANCED CODING TRACK

    Participants will have the opportunity to review the appropriate use of CPT and ICD-10 codes for professional services provided in the ED.

    ADMINISTRATION/PHYSICIAN TRACK

    Participants will review documentation requirements for various EM services; learn about how upcoming Healthcare Reform will impact your practice; review opportunities for groups to better understand & interact with carriers; and be given tools to better assess their group’s billing and collection performance.
