Hairline Fracture
A reunion — decades in the making. A woman, seriously injured in a car accident forty years ago, got to see the doctor at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing who treated her. Dr. Michael Clark was the first doctor to see Jodi Gilroy when she came into the emergency department after a car accident back in 1982 when she was eight years old. Gilroy was with her family in a car when a drunk driver hit them. Gilroy has published a book titled “Hairline Fracture” — which recounts the events of that day.
